This evening I uploaded a few new effects to my NTS-1 and started playing around with new sounds.
I enjoyed doing this take and making it up as I went along.

I've been trying to learn how to use patterns with the key step pro. Last night was the first time I gave this a go. Keen to keep on learning!

Cherry stone written 1991. Studying at the VCA and working the Prahran city council cherries were on special one hot summer.I loved then, a pile of cherry stones grew in the backyard and a song was written.Its really meant to convery how hot it was that summer in Melbourne

Look, I have been inspired with time signatures in 7 (7/4 & 7/8). 
I was messing around with the Kong Volca Modular and came up with a strange but cool little sequence following 7/8 time signature. 
Pretty weird to hear in electronic music. 
Also pretty weird generally. It was fun!
Recorded it alongside Volca Beats (808) and Volca FM - routed through Volca Mixer.

My Volca range expanded by two today which is exciting.

The sea subsides

This evening was just messing around with a few volcas. 
Put together this little jam. 

The temp on the 808 volca wasn't properly synced and the swing from the sample kept throwing off the beat ever so slightly which meant I kept needing to readjust the kick temp. Fun!!
