She talks about how gig worker is a freighted term, used both to misclassify app-based worker, and to distort the supposed flexibility of such work. Saurabh shares his experience as a bike delivery worker, who experienced powerlessness an alienation as a result of the app economy, and solidarity and change, as a result of finding the GWU.
