Liverpool based party and record label Abandon Silence continues to shine the spotlight on their hometown with the release of a new EP by Matrefakt. Signalling Abandon Silence third release on their label, Matrefakt comes strapped with high-quality dance floor material. The EP contains six tracks, including three original productions backed by three on-point remixes from Asquith, Fall Forward and the mysterious DJ Mountain Dad. time. A time in that we calm down and reconnect to a higher grace 
in order to find contentment in the imperfections and 
impermanence of our human experience.  Kinsuby reassembles fragments of legendary music from Kraut to  Disco. Just like Japanese artists recompose wonky pottery with  gold. This can also be seen as a metaphor for life. Here our fractures are the actual gold veins and a portal to growth, creativity, knowledge and bliss.
The 8th Release is a remix for Wasuremono by berlin based artist 
Maltitz.  Through the super high BPM Maltitz puts all the craziness of the last months in this remix. The German Vocals don’t make a lot of 
sense and are quite funny – a reminder for not forgetting to laugh 
and be silly.

Berlin-based talent Sieren treats R&S Records's Apollo label to a standout four track EP titled Static Polymorphism this month. Apollo is the home of the ambient division of R&S (since 1992), housing more recently music from the likes of Square Lines, Lahun, Aphex Twin and stalwart Synkro.

Better known to friends and family as Matthias Frick, Siren occupies a day job as a software engineer at Ableton, which should come as no surprise given the impressive level of quality behind this record. Static Polymorphism is his first release since debut LP ‘Transients of Light’, which was released earlier this year on Christian Loffler’s Ki Records. Manchester producer Synkro played a key role in the curation of the EP, selecting the tracks and putting them to the test on the system at Berghain. ’Neglection’, a track you can here in full premiere today on When We Dip, offers a journey through a dream state where soft, soothing touches contrast with rasping, true textures.

Everyone looks like marinated pickles deeply rooted in the dance, sweating, eyes wide, totally mindless and in the moment, while the speaker system confidently rides that growling beast. This is what tribesmen and nomads where doing since the dawn of the man. Brutal energy fills the space and the sour juice from our root chakras flows into earth grounding our asses for the next Monday. Images of epic landscapes, muscular shape of Konan and the scream of Godzilla comes to the mind when you allow yourself to be absorbed by this one. Don't be fooled, 12-bit crunch will remind you that we indeed live in modern times and... it's time to - JACK IT!

What began as a spontaneous, improvisational escape for London-based duo Jerome evolved into a tension-inducing and magical debut LP 'Moods'. Formed of 9 dark electronic musings, the pairing of Annalisa Lembo and Stella Mathioudakis set out to work in opposition to their classically trained backgrounds, instead approaching 'sessions' as a way to form songs.

Technoid mutations and chaotic, shifting structures become danceable industrial rhythms - one of which gets the remix treatment from techno-punk outfit Scalping's bass and production don James Rushforth AKA Exit Lights.
