009: Averse

LUNAR is a Sheffield based DnB DJ originally from the South West. Since moving to Sheffield she's played alongside the likes of Shy FX, Kyrist, DJ Zinc, Turno, LSB, Terrence & Phillip, Klinical, Mollie Collins, Selecta J-Man and Subtle Element. In March she also launched a new dnb night called ‘Wax & Wane’. In terms of radio shows, she plays a bi-monthly slot on UK Mondo with the Rave & Raise crew and has played for mp3empire on their monthly 1020.live radio show. Catch her at NASS festival this summer playing a b2b with L.E.X on the Renegade stage alongside Break, Dub Phizix & Strategy, Spectrasoul and Klute.

012: Diversion

If the name isn’t familiar yet it soon will be Clouwds (aka Ellie Clowes) is a DJ with more up her sleeve than most. She has been making her name known across the UK with a unique blend of music spanning the entire drum & bass spectrum and beyond. Not afraid to explore new territory, her DJ sets are peppered with an inventive selection, often crossing genres to tell her musical story. Her ability to diversify is clearly seen in her support credits (Technimatic, Artificial Intelligence, Kyrist, High Contrast, Madam X and Hybrid Minds to name a few) and her conquests have taken her to some of the most prestigious nightclubs across the country.

Her work hasn’t gone unnoticed, having recently been snapped up by the Subtle Sounds agency and London’s Liquid Lounge as a resident. Those who hear her play want her back as she continues to prove her capabilities in adapting to any set the scene throws at her, and now that she’s started working on her own productions her momentum only seems to be increasing.

If you are a regular raver in Brighton, then there is no doubt that you have seen the name Kosmetik on an event. Playing for big events such as Worried About Henry, MultiFunction, Subliminal and Motive,  and even previously playing in other countries such as Prague, Spain, Amsterdam and Slovakia, Kosmetik has a vast catalogue of bangers and keeps on surprising us with his skills. Recently getting more main room opportunities, Kosmetik is not a name to forget anytime soon ;)
