The Schumann Resonance (7.83 Hz) is the frequency of the Earth; it’s the Earth’s heartbeat. When a biological system vibrates at this frequency it’ll be in a so-called state of resonance or attunement with our planet's own magnetic frequency. The natural electromagnetic matrix for all life, the frequency in which all lifeforms evolved and until recent decades the dominant electromagnetic frequency in which all life took place. The Schumann Resonance is a healing and protective frequency. NASA uses the 7.83 Hz frequency to protect astronauts in space.

If possible listen to them in a relaxed environment, although you do not need to be meditating. As well they can serve as background music/sounds during your day. It is very good to have them playing on repeat while you sleep.
It is suggested to listen to them for at least one moon.
Sound quality depends on your speakers. Lower volume is suggested. For sleeping use very low volume. The essence of the frequencies is there.

he Schumann Resonance is a frequency in our atmosphere that is triggered by lightning. The frequency averages 7.83 cycles per second, and it entrains our brain into a brainwave state right between Theta and Alpha. Since it has been humming in our atmosphere for millions of years it is a frequency that we actually need. Astronauts actually received this frequency electromagnetically whenever in outer space. The problem is that this frequency is obscured by the electromagnetism in a city.
