Hi, I am Akiko Mik (Amsterdam, 2000)and I am a composer, singer/songwriter and video artist. My most important inspiration is life itself and how I experience it. In my original lyrics I like to use visual poetry and metaphor beyond the obvious, influenced by artist like Lana Del Rey, Aurora and Leonard Cohen. My music can be described as dark indie folk. The song, Is It Too Much to Say, is about the question: how are you?.
