Bonamassa's career began onstage opening for B.B. King when he was 12 years old. Today, he is hailed worldwide as one of the greatest guitar players of his generation. Bonamassa's tour schedule consistently hovers at around 200 shows worldwide each year, and Lulu/Orthentix had the pleasure of catching up with him at Bluesfest in Byron Bay. They spoke about the tribulations of the music industry, Joe’s vintage guitar collection, and his two labels J & R Adventures and Keeping The Blues Alive Records.
