My updated remix of Daft Punk's 'Face To Face', there is already a remix I produced on this page but I wanted to make another one with a few updates and so this is it, my updated remix of 'Face To Face' featuring some new chords and cut up samples Todd Edwards style, I've been a huge fan of the original song, I love the way the micro-samples were cut up and edited together and Todd Edwards' vocal performance is brilliant and it feels very natural and perfectly recorded. 

'Face To Face' contains the following micro-samples:

2. The Alan Parsons Project - 'Silence And I'
3. The Alan Parsons Project - 'Old And Wise'
4. Kenny Loggins & Jim Messina - 'House At Pooh Corner'

The title phrase was initially conveyed as scrambled audio resembling the words 'face to face'. 
The song features Todd Edwards' signature cut up production style of editing samples and creating spaces in between segments to create a rhythmic, futuristic effect.

Elton John feat. Dua Lipa - 'Cold Heart' [Fluence Summer Chillin' Remix]

My chill remix of 'Cold Heart', I had produced it last year and let it sit on a shelf in my music studio, however, I thought of releasing it for the Summer of 2022 since things looked to be improving, I adore this song, the way it's built upon 4 classic Elton John songs and remixed into one is really cool and I wanted to make something a little more chill but still enjoyable to listen to during the Summer at a barbecue or at a pool party. 
I was able to get access to the original 'Cold Heart' acapella with the additional singing from Dua Lipa and I produced a few new original chords for my remix and voilà, the end result is this beautiful remix. 
I hope you enjoy it and don't forget to share it with everybody !!!

This is also by far one of my favourite remixes I've ever produced and I'm so happy of the end product with the vocal work I did of Elton John and Dua Lipa and I love the piano work I also did and the background chill synthesizers chords from 'Sacrifice' I replayed for the remix.

A tribute remix of a classic tune that turns 22 this year, 'Together', by DJ Falcon and Thomas Bangalter. 
The song was recorded between the 2nd and 3rd of January 2000, DJ Falcon had started working on the song as a demo and Thomas finished it with him with some additional sampling and keyboard playing and it eventually got released in August of 2000. 

I had heard it before and as time went on, I really enjoyed listening to it even though it is very repetitive but it keeps the energy of a thumping beat and groovy bassline and it ended up being used in Daft Punk's 'Alive 2007' tour as the 'Encore' and since it had its birthday this year, I thought I'd remix the song and adding some vocals from 'Music Sounds Better With You', some DJ effects and voilà, my remix of 'Together' by DJ Falcon and Thomas Bangalter.

A rather different remix than usual, I decided to make this remix but with some mash-up inspirations, I took 'Instant Crush' from 'Random Access Memories', put it at its original tempo, then I used the 'Face To Face' acapella and micro-samples, pitched them to the 'Instant Crush' key and remixed the whole thing and added a few new edits & effects and this is the finished product that I'm really proud of !!!

I think I've made it pretty clear on this page that 'Digital Love' by Daft Punk is one of my favourite love songs ever, the original is beautifully crafted with the vocal performance, the reworked funk sample, that insane guitar solo and of course the drop you hear in the middle of the song and another fun fact about it is that DJ Sneak wrote the lyrics to the song. 
I've produced a remix of this song and I thought I'd release it ahead of Valentine's Day as a pre-remix, for this version, I wanted to make it more chill and I wanted to add a few new elements such as a laidback Wurlitzer and a few guitar notes in the mix while also chopping up some of the vocals. 
Plus, I was able to get direct access to the original sample from the album I bought on vinyl in a record store in Zurich so everything connects !!! Enjoy my Valentine's Day remix of 'Digital Love' by Daft Punk :)

This is an early vocal demo of the song I wrote titled 'Unreal', it's different than the instrumental version that's on my page, you could say it's kind of like an alternate version but this is the version that will come close to a final product, you can hear my vocals on this with a few effects pitch wise and filtering wise, I'm very inspired by 'Digital Love' by Daft Punk and I really wanted to use the same sample but differently than the French duo did on their 2001 single. I added a few elements such as guitars, synthesizers and some percussions too to give it that Fluence style in a way and this is the end result of an early demo edit of 'Unreal' !!! Enjoy !!!

'Unreal' is a very personal song for me, it speaks of a love between 2 people that is pretty meaningful and for one another to know how much they love and care for each other, I had written the words to it about 5 years ago 6 even and was trying to find the instrumental to it and when I found this George Duke snippet, I knew there could be something interesting here and I'm excited to share more music soon on this platform.

'Unreal' [Original Early Vocal Demo Version] (Fluence Originals)

'Unreal' [Early Studio Demo] (Fluence Music & Scratched Records) 

This is a new studio demo recorded at 'The Fluence House', it features a few new vocal effects & pitches and some new arpeggiated chords I made, this is a demo I recorded last year and that I left sitting somewhere in my files, it is the 3rd version overall in the 'Unreal' series and the 2nd demo to be recorded, you know that the life of a musician will in many cases require you to have tons of demos just sitting everywhere in your studio, this version I honestly enjoy it's a version I've been working on for a while and hopefully I'll end up releasing the official and completed edit of 'Unreal' at some point but it's always important to mess around with demos as it gives you a peak behind the curtain of how a song can evolve into or even take completely different and drastic directions in the process and you can most definitely hear the Daft Punk inspiration as I used the same sample but I wanted to use it differently and separate it from 'Digital Love' to make my own love song in the process, enjoy this early studio demo I recorded of 'Unreal'.

My remix of 'Fragments Of Time', this is one of my favourite songs off of 'Random Access Memories' which I adore, it features Todd Edwards who had previously sung on 'Face To Face' off of their 'Discovery' record and it is very different from 'Face To Face' actually, it feels very country-esque, I'd even go as to say it's a beautiful piece of soft rock music and it even has like a funk drum beat to it, I wanted to experiment with this song and make a remix that doesn't change much from the original like a tribute remix, I added a few piano chords, some guitar chords as well and a synth line as well while also doing a few cut-ups to give it that little 'Face To Face' feel and this is the result, I love Todd Edwards' vocals on here, he sounds so good and I loved listening to 'The Writing Of Fragments Of Time' on the 10th anniversary re-release of 'Random Access Memories'.

The Hyperdrama remixes continue as expected this time I remixed 'Afterimage' following the reworks of 'One Night/All Night', 'Incognito', 'Neverender' and 'Dear Alan', we have a remix of 'Afterimage' featuring the wonderful RIMON on vocals. This is now the 5th remix in the Hyperdrama saga and I feel like my rework of 'Afterimage' is a good one for sure, they had recently announced an EP of remixes for the track and we got versions from Justice, Jersey, Laurence Guy and Paranoid London and of course...Fluence. 

I like this track honestly, originally the song was in classic gabber fashion meaning it was running at 180 BPM which is fast though the duo re-pitched it down to a more melancholic and sensitive tempo to give it that feeling and it was Pedro Winter, Daft Punk's ex-manager, who suggested they work with RIMON and as the duo said, they treated her vocals like an old sample and treated it like a house track which is a great description of the song and it takes you onto another level as you listen to it.  

For my remix of 'Afterimage', I decided to speed it up a bit not too much just a little to 120 BPM and I added a few additional chords including guitar elements, Wurlitzer elements, synth elements which were all arpeggiated and I did a bunch of minimal edits looping sections to infinity in some way, I also added new drums and side-chained the original song, the idea in some sense was to make it more of an industrial remix, I might want to rework it again and make something different but I think that this version is good. I did want to take inspiration as well from gabber, techno house, hardcore, all those hard styles in the electronic scene which originated from the Netherlands but still giving it a sensitive and soulful feeling to the remix.

It's forever, nothing feels better, we're right about Heaven, must be more than mannequin love. We are back with the 'Hyperdrama' remixes and this time it's 'Mannequin Love' that is remixed and I love this track, I actually think it's one of the highlights from the 'Hyperdrama' album. The Flints are featured on this track, they are a band from Belgium though they speak great English and the way Justice worked with their vocals on this song is quite intriguing, it seems as though they've been side-chained because you have to be careful in listening to the lyrics very closely to understand but it's a great way and an interesting production choice.  

My remix of 'Mannequin Love' is quite simple, I just wanted to make a house edit of the song with some piano chords, a few arpeggiated synth chords and I also cut up the vocals of the original song. I just wanted to make a simple remix of it and something quite bouncy and danceable that isn't too hard to listen to and catchy too especially with the vocal hook, the goal was really to make something simple and use few elements and still make it super fun to listen to.

This is one of my favourite tracks from the album I've produced, it was produced over the course of a year but the outcome was great. The origins of this song came with a piano loop at first, the up-tempo rhythm was needed for this track, I then added some drums on top a classic 909 drum kit used in various house records but there is a change throughout the song, another idea that sparked was to use a variety of samples that could be layered, loops that you can listen to for hours and hours and enjoy even more at each re-listening to the song. I used an indie-inspired guitar loop that was played by a friend and then added another guitar loop I played, a few synth-lines were also used for this song with a bit of a funky spin to it and the last element to be added were the vocals, this is definitely a more vocal-focused track and I used a vocoder to record my vocals for the track. I then recorded them with Ableton Live linked to my vocoder microphone I had at home and an old keyboard, I really did my best and even studied the recording to make it sound good and with my keyboard I was able to record them with some breathing inspiration behind the singing of the vocals and you can definitely tell it's very Daft Punk-inspired has some 'Digital Love' or even 'Something About Us' vibes and I also used some EQ for the vocals. 

I'm really excited to be sharing this track from the record, it's a very minimalist track in some sections but that was the intention while keeping a funky feel to it and a tribute to 90s house once again even my pioneers, Daft Punk, who have had a huge impact in my own music making and have kept me inspired ever since my own musical process and production. As mentioned earlier, it's a loop-based track but keeping that feeling of those loops you can listen to for hours and hours and doing my best to keeping it fresh throughout.

TAME IMPALA - 'DRACULA' [FLUENCE EXTENDED REMIX]

Here's my extended remix I did of 'Dracula' by Tame Impala, I'm so looking forward to the new album titled 'Deadbeat' and I've enjoyed the 2 singles so far we got 'End Of Summer' and 'Loser' and Kevin Parker is such of an innovative musician, he's always done something different from his last albums, 'Currents' (which turns 10 this year in 2025) is extremely different from his previous two albums, 'Innerspeaker' and 'Lonerism' as well as 'The Slow Rush' which came out in 2020 and I love this new track, 'Dracula', which is sounding so fresh and extremely funky too, it's got an amazing groove to it which I love about Tame Impala and I think this new album is going to be an amazing new direction in his musical career. 

This is a funky rework even house-oriented of 'Dracula' using a small 30 second snippet I found on the Internet and I chopped, cut, added a few synth elements as well as arpeggiated chords and a few auto filter effects and it's INSANE how with just a simple 30 second loop, you can do so much and I stretched this out to 4 minutes for this funky and fresh remix. 

I really enjoyed creating this one, I think what I love about it is how simple it is where as it was mentioned earlier, I used a 30 second loop and stretched it out to four minutes so even with the most minimalistic element, you can still create something memorable and that shows the beauty of limitation and simplicity even Kevin Parker himself mentioned it in an interview for his collaboration he did with Justice on 'Neverender'.

This is a more techno/disco based remix of my original 'Feels Better' tune, I love the original track I think it has a good groove to it and it's a fun dance tune with some catchy piano chords, my vocoded vocals, some guitar elements and a few synth elements as well. The more I listened to the original track the more I felt like it could need a remix and something a bit techno based, i wanted to do something more disco-oriented so I went with 120 BPM (beats per minute) and the idea was use more vocal elements to make it repetitive and catchy, I also added a few more synth elements and worked with short loops kind of like tracks resembling 'Together' or 'So Much Love To Give' and the idea also was to have the 'Feels Better' vocal hook more present and catchy and damn am I proud of the drums as well, very techno-based and a big sound too and I wanted to do a few chops as well within the track and loop various chords as well because the idea was really to make something a bit more faster, more repetitive and dance based for a festival and I'm super proud of this remix I did of 'Feels Better' and I am looking into remixing more material from my album while also working on more original music, I have a few more original tracks in the making and I'm thoroughly looking forward to sharing them.



The goal was to mix different types of genres using a disco pattern mixed with more gabber-inspired, techno-inspired drums to make them feel bigger and louder !!!

Here's a remix I produced of 'Randy' by Justice, there's an interesting story behind this one because I had produced it way back in 2021 when I first started out making music and releasing stuff and I had a remix of 'Randy'. I then deleted it because I felt like the audio quality of the remix was unmastered and it felt poor so I decided to rework it again and do something different, I wanted to stay minimal and just use specific parts of it and so I used the synth-based keyboard sequence you hear on the 'Woman Worldwide' edit and I decided to loop it, chop it, time stretch it, cut in and out and more to make it sound minimal yet still interesting to listen to.  

The remix I did around here is definitely cool, I sorta kinda did the same as the original rework but I did want it to make it different though I did do a variety of chopping with the 'Don't shoot low' part especially. I also used some EQ on the hooks I chopped and put some sidechain which was directly linked to the drum pattern I made, the idea was to keep it minimal and simple and not make something too extravagant but to keep it entertaining as always. I had to use the cowbell too which I added a ton of it, just enough for this remix to keep it cool and some shakers too but that cowbell slams man and it was one of the main motivations for this remix. This rework reminds of those classic French house records like 'Together' by DJ Falcon and Thomas Bangalter where they used very simple elements and then added a bassline and drum pattern onto it and these tracks stand the test of time because of their simplicity and danceability too and what's cool is that you can always add stuff or mash it up with another song and those are to me the best tracks within the electronic music realm when you keep it simple and straight-forward and of course danceable.

Justice VS Fluence 'Afterimage x Chorus x Ability x Audio, Video, Disco.' [Fluence Mega-Remix] (Audio)

Who is Fluence you may be wondering, here's his full story: 

'Fluence' is a young aspiring musician and also film director, he wrote/directed his first short film back in 2019 titled 'Beyond Dreams' which won an Award and got him his diploma as 'Film director' however when he isn't on set making movies, you can find him in his studio making music. 

He started out back in 2018 doing a few DJ sets in some small bars and then the following year started messing around with samples and loops, he then started learning how to remix following a course he did with a music producer/engineer and went on to make remixes for artists like Daft Punk, Justice, Elton John, Dua Lipa, Todd Edwards, Le Knight Club, Oliver and even planning on remixing his own material. 
These remixes are released on 'Scratched Records', Fluence's label and he was able to remix classic tunes such as 'Rhumba' by Le Knight Club, 'Sacrifice' by Elton John, 'Face To Face' by Daft Punk, 'Go With It' by Oliver and even 'DVNO' by Justice. 

He plans to continue his journey of remixing and also collaborate with other artists while delving into more original projects too and he hopes to be able to share his music to the world and just make people dance and have a good time on the dancefloors and in festivals too.

Surrounding his inspirations, he takes a lot of inspiration from the French electronic duo, Daft Punk and is a fan of 2001's 'Discovery' studio album and their Grammy Award-winning album, 'Random Access Memories', he is also developing with each release his own sound in music.  

He also loves the concept of sampling and filtering forgotten disco loops and reworking them into funky new songs with lyrics written by him and he definitely thinks that the French house movement inspired him a lot in his own material and paying homage to the band he looks up to: Daft Punk.
