Hier ist mein Set von der letzten BE HOME Veranstaltung vom 07.02.2019. 
Diese Nacht stand in einem ganz besonders lichvollen Kontext, gewidmet einer überaus liebevollen und starken Seele. "Fly like an eagle spirit bird of freedom" ♥

BE HOME ist ein neues Veranstaltungsformat aus eigenem Hause "Beate Uwe". An jedem ersten und dritten Donnerstag im Monat werden die Tore geöffnet um eine liebliche Reise aus individuellem Klanglandschaften zu kredenzen. Umgarnt von einem stetig wechselnden Mix aus Konzertabend und DJ-Night, beginnt jeder dieser Abende mit einnehmender Livemusik, gefolgt von prickelnden Downtemposets namenhafter DJs mit samt einer beschwingenden Atmosphäre zum wahrhaftigen zu Hause fühlen. Mit am Start waren in jener Nacht die Live Band bzw. das Sänger-Duo ANA & Claudio gefolgt von Kahl & Kæmena, AVEM b2b Arutani, Haunted Water und mir, San Miguel. ♡

Einen riesen Dank & fette Propz gehen an Stefan der mich mit seinen Percussions sowie mit seiner süßen Trompete zart und unaufdringlich begleitete. :)) Unendlich viel Liebe an Jaques und das gesamte Team.. ..und natürlich an all' die wundervollen Seelen welche den Abend mit Ihren Herzen, sowie hüpfenden Wesen zu einem magischen Raum gestalteten. ♥

The sun shines again in the Berlin sky and warms up our hearts, colors become vivid and the rhythms more vibrant. It is the right time to welcome Lui Mafuta (https://soundcloud.com/luimafuta) to our podcast series and to spread his seductive and enveloping sound into the warm breeze. 
Lui’s passion for music began in his adolescence when he started playing jazz drums alongside his father. He was greatly influenced by hip hop beats which formed the bedrock of his sound and early productions. 
However, the discovery of the so called ‘downtempo’ brought a remarkable change in his career as producer and introduced Lui to electronic music. The ease of the rhythms and the openness of the people crowding the scene helped him find a new form of expression, and shaped him to the brilliant producer that we know. Lui finds his inspiration in the energy of the crowd, and it´s his mission to return that energy in form of fresh sound. 
Lui finds enjoyment and motivation in the freedom that music production itself entails. The set he prepared for UCR was recorded live and consists exclusively of his own productions which are masterfully blended for us. We invite everyone - music lovers and attentive listeners, to experience that freedom too.

... a little girl (about 9 years old) walks alone into a beautiful forest full of flowers. So she continues walking deeper into the woods, which are getting darker and darker. Despite all this, some forest animals accompany the girl so that she feels safe in these dark woods. And finally the girl arrives in the middle of the forest, which is again bright and full of flowers and that's where she finds the beating heart of the forest :)

Ein untypisches Weihnachtsfest

Die Weihnachtszeit hat heute ihren Höhepunkt erreicht. Das Fest ist in diesem Jahr definitiv ganz anders, als es sonst so war. Der Kreis wird auf die engsten Familienmitglieder beschränkt und innerhalb der heimischen Vierwände, sich beschenkt. So manche Tradition wird diese Weihnachten gebrochen, so haben die Kirchen und Gebetshäuser kollektiv geschlossen. Vieles läuft an diesem Heiligabend ungewöhnlich ab, doch so manches bleibt auch altvertraut. Geschenke laden unterm Baum, und auf den Weihnachtsumtrunk verzichten die Meisten, wohl kaum. Es wird gut gegessen und viel gelacht, irgendwie wird aus eigenartig, dann doch passend gemacht. Man nennt Weihnachten nicht umsonst Zeit der Besinnlichkeit, also lasst uns dankbar sein für Familie, Freunde, Wohlstand und Gesundheit.

Der heutige Podcast ist eine Weihnachts-Spezialausgabe bereitgestellt und gemixt von Käpt‘n 12 & Düsentrieb. Damit Euch in den Feiertagen nicht der akustische Sprit ausgeht, läuft die 185 satte 4 Stunden und 12 Minuten lang. Ein roter Faden schlängelt sich unverkennbar von Track zu Track. Der Grundtenor bleibt mysteriös und angenehm düster. Kombiniert mit einzigartigen Vocals handelt es sich um einen richtigen elektronischen Leckerbissen.

This was a special NYE Sunrise closing set for the tribe for which I am now a music director for: NASP (Not A Sex Party) - More info soon... I hope you enjoy the recording of this live set for now. It was the first time I tried a concept of DJ'ing sitting on a chair in the middle of the dance floor with my Traktor setup while having a 360 degree DJ booth-meets-dance-floor experience.

Illich Mujica (Feat. Noah Appel) - Sunrise At The NASP Mayan Jungle

Some members from @Love-Foundation and @HugRecords are living together in the Sierra Estrella Mountain Range in Portugal, where we are rebuilding an old abandoned village, called Foz da Cova.

We have a little music studio here and sometimes we have befriended musicians coming by for a visit.

Sometimes these friends play music for us and sometimes we press the record button when they do so. 

This is the first of those times.

Our first Pod da Cova comes from @dorianfecht who spend November and December with us in the mountains. Dorian normally lives in Dresden, where he is part of Love Foundation and @Zirkulation. He will take you on a journey to this long forgotten place and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Lyrics:
Hills. Trees. Farms. Cottages. Landscapes from dreams. Breathtaking dreams. Idyllic life in harmony with nature in whose bosom it flourished. It would take your breath away. East of Arganil in Portugal, Foz da Cova is its name. And that is where the fires came in 2017. The fires roared. People fled. There wasn't time to save much. In a span of days and weeks, there remained only memories of how life once was there. An almost arid landscape bears witness to the destruction. From this desolation and this devastation and this tragedy an energy breathed itself into a group of people who dared to imagine bringing the magic and the poetry of these lands back, to imagine life finding its way back here with a little help. A heterotopia. This is where I came, this is where I am, this is what I saw, this is what I felt. Sublimating boundaries. Erasing borders. Entwining narratives. Myth becoming real, reality becoming myth. There is beauty here. There is adventure here. And, there is hope. Immerse yourself in these landscapes, live for a moment with these people, dream a little for yourself and for them and for the world. A story whose beginning we know. A story being told. A story being lived. A story which is still coming into being. Foz da Cova is its name.

Some days will be talked about, others will be remembered, but some will exist in a whole different dimension as a coil of emotions of some sort: emotions we collected during the pandemic, emotions we amassed during the war, emotions we have accumulated only recently and emotions we’ve had forever, emotions that could never coexist in the same moment or fit in one day. On New Year’s Day and the following 120 hours, Rambalkoshe held its first festival of 2021, C.O.S.M.S., with every single day joining the stack of coil-of-emotions experiences we cherish so much. And because the venue was small and we weren't able to host as many people as we’d love to, we are now sharing the set @serjomusic played on New Year’s Night, which was very much about the emotions we were having all at once.
