I liked the bookending guitar plucking...very intimate tones in your vocals as they drift at ends of phrases...lots to explore in your lyrics...but a few give pause to contemplate: the "dirt clinging to our feet", the weight of the crown...and "remember to keep a lid on that hole that I hid collapsin stars and draggin it all in"...yup stuff has a way of draggin ' the glorious down...personal and well worth sitting a spell with this.

A heartfelt confession, so beautifully done, it just draws you in.

The elements that make up this song were almost all captured live with a Zoom recorder randomly from the streets, events, concerts ... There is a shovel digging gravel, a coffee maker, a cough in a concert hall, an electric heating, a firework in the basque country, and so on!

Everything was assembled & modified on my trusty MPC before a twilight synthesizer melody (Korg Monologue) was added. All this deals with the coming insurrection ...

Most of my influences are Folk/Blues/Indie, but inspiration arrives in many forms so HT to Hip Hop, Rap, Classical, especially Chamber trios. Current tracks are first cuts and I may update them in the future with cleaner versions, thank you for listening as I learn.
