Funk it up

All these songs are produced, composed, and performed by me. I was really aiming for a sound of New Power Generation circa 1994-95 with some obvious homage to P-Funk and the JBs. Most of the guitar and bass tracks were made in the last couple weeks of November 2024. The original horn arrangements were realized with BigFishAudio libraries. Most of the drum parts are made from Labs libraries, Triaz, and a couple loops from Broken Beats.

Le Gars du Dépanneur

Debé Gunn has written and produced recording artists in English and Spanish in Pop, R&B, Latin, Country, Rock; Debé also wrote the the musical “Nightbloom.”  Her critically awarded and acclaimed Jazzscapes released in 11/12/13, was written, arranged and produced by Debé.   A Voting Member in both the Recording Academy and the Latin Recording Academy, Debé’s award-winning album, “Mariachi Diamantes de Debé Gunn” was accepted as a 60th Grammy entry as well as her contemporary instrumental album, “Trumpet Teardrops of Debé Gunn.”  Ms. Gunn is also photographer/author of “Beautiful Faces” the first volume from her LIFEILOVEU series which has garnered scores of stellar reviews from around the world.
