Here's my next cover guys. My first Dreamcast game cover in fact. This game is kinda odd cus I absolutely loved this game as a kid, actually borderline obsessed because of the shear element of raising Chaos. Cus dem Chaos are cool yo. But I found Sonic Adventure 2 Battle for Gamecube a while ago in a second-hand shop and revisted this game and can't help feel how awkward and stiff the controls are. Maybe it's something that comes with age but it hasn't really aged well! Voice acting is kack and you can barely hear the actors over the music most of the time. The Chao garden stuff however is personally my favourite thing bout this game and always will be. That and the music, you can't understate City Escape can you? :P The main nostalgia comes from the fantastic music in this game!

Some proggy stuff like usual, I like dem proggy tings. Messed around with key changes, time signatures and tempo changes all in one. I'm especially happy with the breakdown where it starts off in 15/4. The main melody is what attracted me to doing this cover, I love how it wraps itself round this really simple chord progression so I messed around with it by breaking it down into half time then further seperating it. Great song to a good starter level with Tails!

I keep just barely letting the month slip by without a cover, time really will never stop and wait for me ;_;
So as a child I had always loved Sonic, I wasn't too big on the Sega Genesis sonics but the Adventure games were definitely for me, getting to play as so many characters raising chao was so fun! However I had never actually beaten the secret ending to SA2 until very recently AND I'M STILL UPSET AT WHAT THEY DID TO SHADOW AAAAAA enough about that though! I want to extend severe thanks to Mathew for working with me on this cover, it would not sound as beautiful as it does without him, and this song was always a favorite of mine so getting to bring it to life with our own special style is like a dream come true
