"A Little Love More" is a Shaker song written in 1883 by Sister Sarah Fletcher (1853-1923) of New Gloucester, Maine. It is part of the upcoming album by the same title, which will be released on August 6, 2024. The album features eleven Shaker songs, with vocals by John and Allison Rogers, guitar by Nick Levine, mountain dulcimer, banjo, and piano by Allison Rogers, and bass by Gary J. Smith.

The American Shakers, founded 250 years ago this summer, are a religious movement dedicated to simplicity, community, and gender and racial equality. Perhaps best known for the beloved piece "Simple Gifts", the Shakers wrote over 10,000 songs, making theirs the largest body of spiritual folk music in the United States. 

Brother Arnold Hadd of the Sabbathday Lake Shakers in Maine writes: "Sister Sarah was a deeply devoted and talented Sister. She was remembered as one who loved children, and she helped to shape the spiritual lives of many. She served as Family Deaconess from 1880 until her unexpected death in 1923. Shaker songs speak directly to our daily life and there is nothing more central to that than the need of more love for and to each other. This song has remained in the repertoire of the Sabbathday Lake Shaker Community since the song was introduced."
