Herbst, Kälte und Kriege. Was fehlt da noch? Nun, ein Album von Essen 781108 und tatsächlich auch das dritte von Devote Diven.

Der Titel ist für ein Genre, das es nicht gibt, das Stück enthält u.a. die Banshees und Meinhof - und das Cover des Albums gefällt mir ausnehmend gut!

Es heißt plump "3D" und erscheint Anfang Februar (2023).

I decided not to bring in my own voice here, but to translate two New Wave tracks from Germany back, so to speak, but atst make it sound even more goth-y - by using some extra sound from these early 80s, and then some.

Was there an industrialization in the USA? Fordism? People working and ruining their mental & physical health as if they were official clickworkers or just plain & simple 24/7 content providers for the profit of energy & platform providers?
No. And there is no exploitation at all, no classes there. Everybody can make it. You can win, if you want. All we need is a fair distribution of opportunities to rise to a certain level of the exploitation pyramid.

This albums shows continuities from the late 19th century up until nowadays. And it's in German, so that people here will be liberated earlier than the dumb snobs in the US of A. (Who can't even bring in their automatic translator or ask a neighbor.)

Hallöchen, Mausis!

Dieser charmante, harmonische Referenz an längst vergangene Zeiten von Klammerblues in Jugendheimen und Slow Fox an ausgebrannten Tankstellen ist mein Beitrag zu "c.i.z. savoir vivre 2021", der diesjährigen no price compilation von c.i.z. recordings. Eine noch viel knuffeligere Version erscheint dann später im Jahr auf der großen, kuratierten (!) VEGS-Retrospektive "Generation Frankenstein".

Aber keine Sorge, es ist nur das Ende des Solo Projektes. Ich gieße weiterhinst mit anderen zusammen noch einiges an Öl in die Sahara.
