Kieran Hilbert & Friends recorded seven songs on May 7, 2018 at the Sun Studios (Birthplace of Rock n Roll) in Memphis Tennessee. You can hear the sound of the Rock n Roll story on the CD. It's almost as if Elvis, Jerry Lew Lewis, Howlin Wolf, Johnny Cash were listening while they were playing. An unforgettable goose bumps atmosphere. 

Kieran has a long musical history behind him. In his youth he played with Udo Lindenberg, and also produced and composed songs for Udo. Even today he plays and composes occasionally for his musical master and friend. 

Udo gave him his guitar, which he affectionately calls BLudo. His guitar playing is direct and uncompromising, always full of emotion. 
On his journey to the origins, he made his deal at the crossroads with Robert Johnson and the Blues. He fulfilled his youth dream of walking down Beale Street, guitar on his back listening to his musical role models and making music with them. 

The songs were created on his Blues Highway 61 in Memphis Tennessee. The music was recorded live, to not lose those magical moments the Band created. With the purchase of this CD including a 12 photo booklet, 2 goes to support the Memphis Blues Society Musicians Fund. This Fund is committed to blues musicians and keeping the tradition alive. 

Guests on the CD are the Delta Bluesman Zeke Johnson and Tryna Loules, who sang their first blues. Kieran Hilbert and his brother Lukas Loules have again made music together in Memphis for the first time after 30 years. They're the real Blues Brothers.
