Well majority of the people like to travel a lot, but very NOT most of them who dream about it actually do. But with ammi the veggies man, he has undoubtedly done it. He was born in the Caribbean, lived in Israel, he is in Kenya at the moment and that’s just to mention a few of the countries he has been to so far in his life.

Well, if this is the first time you are about to see him speak, don’t worry, you will have a glimpse of what he is like, very passionate in whatever he does and especially on organic, music and veganism and truly shows you how committed he is to what he does.

Just to back up this claims, he has been a vegan for a whopping 24 years and counting, A musician since he was 13 years old and a beat boxer since he was 12years old. With the mantra you are what you eat, I dare you to guess his age. When he is speaking about veganism, it almost feels like you should be one because the reasons that he gives as to why he is a vegan are pretty compelling.

He is of course a recording artiste with four recording albums to date which sort of tells you he is NOT a joke when it comes to music too. It’s NOT just any other music, his music is a music of purpose. The kind of music that is meant to uplift you and if you add his beat boxing skills, then if you know then you know.

What Does Organic, Veganism and Music Have In Common? #OrganicAdventures EP 005

You Are Right!, Yet Again We Are Away For another adventure, this time to see an organic farmer, who had been practicing organic farming for quite a while now, about 10 years.


This is after developing interest in organic farming when she had child who had been affected by autism and she realized that every time she fed him regular foods, the effects on her child’s autism level were high as compared to when she fed him local food she had grown by herself!


It’s this occurrence that really sparked interest on what she ate, and how she grew her food. Although her child passed away from the disease, she says that she noticed the difference that her child eating organic foods had. That’s when she decided to dedicate the rest of her life to growing organic foods so that she could save other people’s valuable lives by growing food that is safe for them and the environment, something that she has been proud of doing!


Talking to her, you could tale how knowledgeable she is about what she does, an attribute that could be given to her due to her love for reading; and her desire to want to know more, something that took her to Uganda and learn more on organic farming, something that she says has really helped her in her journey of doing organic farming.
