The name of the band was derived from the 70s/80s American sitcom of the same name. The reason for naming the group after such was explained by A. Morbid as being because everyone in the show displays "an act of euphoria" and the music composed in Happy Days is "far away from that, I thought the name would be perfect, especially that it catches people off ...
