Roberts and Ward have been making all types and styles of music together (for most of the group anyway) since the early 70’s. From Blues and Classic rock, to Bluegrass and original songs. From the early days in a group called Southern Change, recording in Nashville studios, traveling on the road and even touring abroad for USO shows, and later along with another founding member, Greg Madden, Mike Ward, Dan Ward and Jim Roberts,(later called the Vista Cruisers) learned a lot about being performing musicians as well as recording and producing music for others and  themselves. Over a span of 40 years and thru several incarnations of groups…these three have remained friends and band mates. Somewhere around 2012, Jim's son Tony got together and Roberts and Ward was formed as a Bluegrass act.
