This beautiful ballad was written by Michael Nesmith, probably best known as one of The Monkees, but remembered here as a solo artist. Sadly this was his only top 40 success though I feel he had other well written efforts. This is another one of our recordings that started with a raw live performance with some minor post-live enhancements.
