Vera Dvale - Celebration of the Celestial Coordinates

Looking for the nooks and crannies, Its WASTED SPACE again, back on Netil with a guest mix from loudmouth at @12th-isle and @clydebuiltradio host Ru. This one sets a wide orbit. In his own words:

"I put a mix together for Tom’s Wasted Spaces show on netilradio and it sounds pretty “deep”, but I want to assure you that it’s just other people’s creative works arranged in an order I find pleasing. I know that I am the universe discovering itself and that God’s voice is heard in the common tongue through art, but I promise you there ain’t no Etsy-esoteric, bullshit concept to what this here mix is. That being said, I figured I’d have a go at doing the whole spiritual-ambient/deep listening spiel, but with suggestions for what I hope the mix encourages you to do that are a bit more interesting than “contemplate imaginary spaces created from an emotional memory” or whatever.

I want you to roll around in the shit of your own mind.
I want you to engage in real spooky bits of sex magik (having a pud to episodes of Buffy the vampire slayer counts, I guess.)
I want you to eat a fuck off bit of amethyst without any condiments.
I want you to get your own gravestone made (today, right now) and eat mash potato straight off it.
I want you to do battle with your shadow self, only to discover that your desire to vanquish them comes from a sexual tension that you’re ashamed of and not because you think they make you depressed.
I want you to put a power of spoons in your microwave, turn it on full throttle, wait for it to explode, huff the fumes coming off of it and read “The Solar Anus” while hopefully out your nut.

Vera Dvale's debut solo album on own imprint is funneling in composition and sonics. Introducing and rounding off with field recordings, from East Norway's countryside and the Pacific coast of Chile, it's in the same manner as 70's psychoacoustic recordings creating "sonic silence" if played at right volume. Title track is an exceeding travel of overtones and presence played on the church organ of Sørfinnset Chapel in North of Norway, feverish and beautiful. The bass rich and synthetically warm "Dove Organ" is outernationally spacious and time consuming, with recordings of ancient melting ice from Spitsbergen. As made for, and by, time & sound.
