I get dizzy and light headed all the time. I take seizure meds. I still get seizures. Sometimes out of my control and get serious body unjury, most of which are in my ankles and/or affects my ability to walk.

I'm not sure I understand this test. When the guy says "Say, "whatever the phrase is"b can people hear that in the static? Am I supposed to "say" the phrase? (Which doesn't make sense). I can hear the originaln statement, but can''t hear anything in gthe static whether quiet or static background.

People with hearing loss will start to have some trouble understanding the words at the second or third level, the AP reported.
