This is a meditation based on the Buddhist Tonglen meditation.

The first time I did this meditation it didn't stick with me so much. Until I did it again. And once more... And I started to feel the vulnerabilty it takes to open your heart to a challenging feeling and the beauty of yet allowing a light to pour out.
