We all dread returning to our car to find a parking ticket fixed to the windscreen.   Recently one woman in Dundee received a shock after being taken to court by a private parking firm.  She hadn’t paid more than 200 parking penalties, thinking they were unenforceable.  The Sherrif Court disagreed with her and told her she had to pay £24,500 to the parking firm.  We asked WJM’s Andrew Pattie more about the case and what its implications might be for drivers in the future.

Fraser takes the helm from Liam Entwistle, who is returning to his professional passion with the company, which is dispute resolution.  We caught up with Fraser to find out more about the direction he wants to take WJM in the coming years but first asked him about the announcement that WJM will be further expanding services in Scotland by merging with BMK Wilson on 29th May.
