The 11th mix in our series comes from our friend Finn, an avid electic collector of music hailing from the heart of East London; over years of digging deep into sound to find his own, signature impression, has found himself deep within the underground scene. Finn has gained the respect and momentum that has seen him play alongside artists such as Ion Ludwig, Andrei Ciubuc and Cally to name a few. 

His dark, rolling, journey sets as well as own productions have got Finn recognised to now be part of Suena Agency who have recently been collaborating with Sunrise! We are now looking forward to seeing what the future holds for Finn so enjoy these infectious grooves and captivatingly basslines for our latest MINIMALISM soundtrack :)

As for now, only a handful can harvest the energy from raw baselines and feed the crowd with generosity. G76 is one of them and we have the mix to prove that: part of his DJ set recorded at Mioritmic Festival 2016, a 75 minutes chain of techno bombs masterfully dropped on the dancefloor at the right time!

Petre Inspirescu

目下ミニマルテクノ・ハウス界を席巻するルーマニアシーンの中で、盟友Rhadoo、Rareshと共に中枢的存在として活動してきたPedroことPetre Inspirescu。彼は1999年に第二の故郷であるブカレストにあるWeb ClubにてDJとしてのキャリアをスタート。その後、イビザのクラブDC10にて開催されているCircolocoのレジデントとなる。以降、彼の名前は多くのリスナーの間で話題となり、その優れた音楽性とDJプレイは、当時、辺境の地とされていたルーマニアが持つ豊かな音楽シーンへの興味を一躍高める契機となった。元来からPetreはエレクトロニックミュージックに限らず、ディープハウスや多種多様なグルーヴから強い影響を受けており、彼のDJセットでは時にストレートな感性から外れた歪つな楽曲を交えながらも、一切の無駄が排除されたタイトなテクスチャーにより、グルーヴが損なわれることはなく、ダンスという行為における芯となる部分を一際引き立たせている。2007年には今や避けては通れない最重要レーベルとなった[a:rpia:r]をRhadoo、Rareshと共に運営開始。近年はオーケストラを交えたプロジェクトπEnsembleを立ち上げ、ストリングスなど管弦楽の持ち味を存分に生かしたPetreによる新解釈オーケストレーションを世に送り出している。また2013年の今年はシーンの重要ミックスCDである「Fabric」からもリリースを果たした。その「Fabric68」は自身の楽曲のみを使用した内容で各メディアで称賛を浴びた。また2017年3月にmule musiqからニューアルバム「VîNTUL PRIN SALCII」をリリース。
