sensitive melodic techno, in addition to his use of vinyl records from his extensive collection which he has been expanding for over 10 years. His recent EP on Circus Company captured the attention of many and in particular of Luca Bacchetti who then included him on the tracklisting of the recent Arkitekt 02. Paolo Tocci, talented Italian DJ from Catanzaro, has been responsible for many parties in Calabria, one of the most beautiful regions in the south of Italy. Now living in Switzerland, he produces electronic music surrounded by the natural beauty and suggestive landscapes of Canton Ticino.

ENDLESS 004 has a romantic feel to it and features these 2 deep house gems to celebrate the end of summer.

Tom has been hosting the renowned Tech Talk events and is a booker for Berlin's cherished Paloma, so he knows what to tweak in his studio and how to get a floor working. Dubbed out flows and sweet R&B melodies get a pumping rework with 303 bass and deep pads, hinting at a sound that is to become his future trademark style.

A new collection of otherworldly transmissions from Deepchord’s laboratory. With "Ultraviolet Music", Deepchord returns to his proprietary formula of atmospheric heroin-house (after 2013's more cinematic "20 Electrostatic Soundfields"). A hallucinogenic amalgamation of deep emotive textures swimming around 4/4 kicks and sub-bass, middle of the night atmospheres, hypnotic repetitions, shortwave static and slowly evolving textures that envelop the listener in warm blankets of sound. Equally effective on a dance floor as it is in one's private space. Multi-dimensional sounds that move the mind and the feet. Numerous (processed) acoustic and organic sound sources make these tracks seem alive in a way that is uncommon in electronic music today. They are breathing life-forms that reveal their subtle layers with repeated listenings. It’s music that's influenced equally by 1980's experimental, 1990's ambient, Detroit techno, deep house, and Berlin school, creating something entirely unique in the process. Sven Weisemann has been immersed in the underground House and Techno scene for quite some time now having started DJing in 1997 during the rise of the scene on his home turf of Berlin and going on to release material via the likes of Amsterdam’s Delsin, Mojuba, Telrae and liebe.detail amongst many more. Here though we see Sven joining the roster of Echocord, a perfect fit for his more dubbed out compositions with artists like Fluxion, Rod Modell and STL on the roster. 
 ‘Lunation’ opens the release and sees Weisemann fuse emotive string melodies and cavernous vocal echoes with off-kilter rhythms and rounded sub hits before title-track ‘Bilateral Relations’ embraces a more direct four-four approach via sparse percussion and tumbling toms alongside choppy bass stabs and ever-unfolding, echoing dub chords. 
 Opening the flip is ‘Monistic’, an airy ethereal number employing billowing pads, bright synth chimes and a dropped tempo dubbed out feel to create something truly stunning and thought provoking before the ‘Decimation (Valvle tR9 Mix) closes things on a darker tip with looming stab swells, heavily swung drums and sporadic growling bass drones.

It seemed like everything that could go wrong went wrong. Few days after the lockdown, his PC broke down completely. 

Without money to spend and a lot of free time, he decided to use his old laptop again and pour his restless mind into what gives him meaning and a sense of purpose. He started making music. 

Even though the process was frustrating and everything seemed to go slow, he powered through and worked with what he had. In the end, through all the hardship, he created something meaningful. 

He finished his release and went out for a walk. Things were looking up again.
