This project expresses a lot of intimate moments with myself when I withdraw from the world to process what my waking body experiences, the electrifying, the heavy, the uncomfortable, the freeing, the joyful and everything else in between. Some songs I began writing when I first turned 20, so it really captures the essence of coming into yourself as a 20something and that uncomfortable and magical process of metamorphosis.
