Excellent song that beautifully shows a healthy alternative to technology--a simple, mind-clearing, body-stimulating walk in nature.

every generation laments the they have "lost the children".most times it is just the impact of natural cultural evolution:changes in economics/peace/war etc. I am afraid that now there is a more dangerous"loss" happening; that is a real disconnect of younger generations from each other and the planet as there seems to be this rush to retreat into the internet; to have a goal to"never leave the couch",and an obsession with short term peripheral nerve stimulating "experiences" and lack of interest in history/building and saving for the future.
I was very moved by Dave Dunham/seagull pieces or trilogy and these words and ideas popped out in this song.
here I explain how much there is with just one step outside to a child who spends life on the internet on the couch. You must experience the world and each other to understand why you must work to save it. There is more to life than passing time and winning points.
