Aliji is a prime example of the archetypal dj – a musical chameleon, he cannot be pinned down to the restrictive framework of a single genre, but morphs endlessly as the situation requires. Nonetheless, there is a vein that runs through his work: quality. Wherever Aliji is on the decks, you can be assured that the music will capture your heart. Whether ripping up the dancefloor, or soothing the soul through a blissful sunrise, you can depend on Ali to deliver the goods, in a gift-wrapped, psychedelic package. Be certain there will not be a dull moment! A set from this DJ is always an exploration of the healing properties of music and an exercise in meaningful composition. A Liquid-Records DJ and resident of Inspiral, Ali has become a regular on both the national and international festival circuits, playing numerous prestigous events such as The Glade and Glastonbury in the UK, Boom, Sonica and Electric Picnic (Ireland) in Europe, and the legendary Universo Paralello in Brazil, to name but a few. If you have caught him, you may well have heard infectious beats ranging through minimal / techno / tech house or you may have been treated to a platter of sumptuous electronica of the most eclectic variety, as the occasion required. You will almost certainly have seen him sharing the stage with such artists as Gaudi, Eat Static, Mirror System, Ott, Pathaan and Naked Nick. Also, if you have spent any time in Camden in the last 2 years or so, you may well have experienced the fruits of Ali's labours at the inSpiral Lounge, on Camden Lock, where he is organising the majority of the events, as well as getting on the decks himself from time to time.

Itay KUKAN DUB LAGAN is bringing some sunshine for smiling people into the first edition of a new radiOzora show, the Sofa Beats series with a special mix following the talk.

KUKAN-DUB-LAGAN is the project of Itay Berger. Itay is 40 years old, located in Barcelona, Spain. He has been listening and playing electronic music since he was 16 years old. He spent over 3 years working as a sound engineer in one of the top sound and light companies in Israel.
His decision to make music was strongly influenced by his trip to Ibiza in 1997-8. At that time he also started to preform in Israel and abroad at mostly underground parties. Itay's general musical influences are wide-ranging. His journey into chill-out djing started in 2002 in Israel. During that time he was also signed by a UK techno-house label (www.klubdj.co.uk) under the name DJ Itay for a year and flew to Japan to play at parties in Osaka and Kyoto. Returning back to Israel, he enrolled to sound engineering college for one year and totally committed himself to music composition. Drawing from his djing experience, his early family musical influences as well as his own musical background he created his chill-out project: KUKAN-DUB-LAGAN.

Kiev-based psybient producer Dmitriy Redko a.k.a. ASTROPILOT invites radiOzora listeners to take a spacewalk on Thursday 4pm CET on the Chill channel.

AstroPilot is a space electronic / progressive music project. Dmitriy Redko is the name behind AstroPilot. AstroPilot has been working with sound since 2000. Dmitriy has released 10 albums and 4 singles; he also has in his discography more than 30 compilations with his tracks released worldwide on various labels. He is one of the leading and most traveled ar tists from Russian and Ukrainian psychedelic scene. AstroPilot plays at many international festivals, outdoors and indoors events in Australia, Greece, France, Portugal, Israel, Monten egro, Bulgaria, Czech republic, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Belorussia, Russia, Ukraine. AstroPilot’s music style ranges from deep space ambient to atmospheric uptempo. Since 2010 music from this project has been used in the famous iPhone/iPad/iPod apps 'Solar Walk' and 'Star Walk'. In 2012, Dmitriy moved to Kiev and made a series of successful audio - visual shows with ambient music and fulldome technologies.
