My first published song :) It's an older project from months ago using combine sounds from Half-Life 2

the first of a five part upcoming album

not apart of the album just felt like dropping 

maybe i’ll just get a job 
give my time away to the man for some bucks 
then when i get paid enough 
i’ll pay my 15 cash to some local bands 

but i wont ever get employed 
because the job market is unfair, broken, fucked
and til i get my license im stuck 
but ill do anything to feel like im enough 

i just lay in bed and doomscroll through my reels 
overheating like a dog cause this heat is real 
during summer break you’ll catch me in my room 
rewatching old eddsworld episodes on my cold, hard floor again 

when you feel alone 
like nobody gets you
like you’re forced to conform to all these rules 
you better do something to make your presence known
put your patches on a jacket, iron on or sewn 
put your beliefs, ideologies and bands you know 
and wear that shit everywhere you fucking go 

we’ve been spending way too long
saying we’ll never grow up 
but now we’re all getting jobs 
and everything’s getting corrupt 
but we can’t just be brought down
just because everything sucks.

FUCK!! WE ALL NEED JOBS!!
