Zimbelstern der Thomaskirche in Hamburg-Bramfeld. Der Zimbelstern ist eine Erweiterung der Orgel. Beim Anschalten dreht sich der Stern. Durch die Fliehkraft fangen die an den Spitzen angebrachten Glöckchen an zu läuten. Dieser Kang kann als Akzent eingesetzt werden, um bestimmte, vor allem freudige, Stellen in Kirchenliedern hervorzuheben. 
Die Thomaskirche ist seit dem 1. Oktober 2022 wegen Schäden an der Beton-Bausubstanz geschlossen. Die Gottesdienste finden seitdem im Gemeindehaus statt.

Cymbal star of Thomaskirche (Thomas Church) at Hamburg-Bramfeld, Germany. The cymbal star is an addition to a church organ. The star rotates when it is turned on. Small bells are attached to the rays of the star, the ring due to the centrifugal force. This sound can be used as a highlight for special, mainly joyful, parts of chorals.
Thomas Church is closed since October 1, 2022, due to a probably reduced stability of the concrete structure of the church. Services are now held in the parish hall.

Wenn man eine der neun Platten mit dem Fuß niedertritt, ertönt jeweils ein Ton. – Pentatonic "dancing chimes at "Weiße Mauer" street, near Carl von Basedow hospital. With each step on one of the 9 plates you can produce a tone.
