From the streets of the I.E. Tai Boogie (25) & Exklusiive (28) are marking their territory.

The two met in high school through Tai’s two older brothers (‘05). Their mutual passion for music and dancing instantly became the glue to their bond.  

They began their music careers (circa the Jerking era) by throwing lit club events and house parties in the I.E., then under the moniker: The Breakfast Club. The first song they recorded was “Oprah Doh.” During that time Tai &  Exklusiive also gained stage experience, opening up for: Jay Rock, Glasses Malone, Dorrough & Koolio. 

But after high school life began to take its course. They stuck out all obstacles life had to offer: being incarcerated, family drama/separations, being homeless, trapping  -- you name it, they’ve gone through it. Hence the birth of "Dear Mr. Whiteman." But their tenacity to make music never slowed. That was proven when Tai recorded “No ID” & “Through It All” (unreleased) while locked up. 

Now, a couple of years later the two are reunited under their new moniker: Nothin But Bangers. Because these two know how to make people move. For example, it’s impossible to stay still during tracks like:  “What It Do” & “Don’t Bang My Line” -- which are only snippets of what’s to come.  

Tai Boogie & Exklusiive’s goal with their music is to share their stories & truths that mirror realities of many young Black men of color trying to make a way in one of California’s most dangerous cities (San Bernardino). They’ve been robbed, held at gunpoint, pistol whipped and been in several fights & shoot outs. Now, they're on a mission.

With transparency, their notion is to build the I.E. up in a positive light, bridging gaps to give people a voice. They’re on the grind to change their lives & see California’s largest county in unison, by way of their music. 

A few of Tai Boogie & Exklusiive's inspirations include: Big Sean, SOBXRBE, Kendrick Lamar, Outkast & J. Cole. You can bet your dollar that these two are on the road to success just like their idols.
