Nearly a decade after he first started behind the decks Riskit stepped onto the scene under this name in 2018. With a deep-rooted love for Hip Hop and R&B, his sets dive into the urban soundscape, never shying away from blending in other genres that vibe with the culture.
In 2023, he expanded his creative journey as a producer, starting to release edits and remixes on SoundCloud, where Hip Hop and R&B meet a fusion of styles, always with his signature touch.

Decemberkid walks the tightrope between genres and quickly found his sound by blending abrasive elements with soulful charm. Falling in love with the heavy, deep and darker end of the spectrum early on in Vancouver - his time back home in Jakarta has opened up his sets and made him one of the most versatile DJs Jakarta has to offer. 

With releases under his belt featuring his Indonesian peers Naken, Egnever, Bleu Clair and OOTORO - 2 of his tracks were featured on RL GRIME’s Halloween Mix while another was also featured on Noisia’s VISION radio in 2024.

He is currently the music director at BEBOP in Jakarta where he plays alongside Erik Soto & NAJ.
