@josephnicx Thank you for your words, they truly touch me. This song was born from a suspended moment, from a raw emotion I could not keep to myself. Sometimes, melodies appear like shards of light in the darkness, and words impose themselves as confidences whispered to the universe.  I wanted to translate an intimate truth, a feeling we all carry within us but that words alone cannot always express. Music then becomes that invisible language that connects us.  If I could hope for something for those who listen, it would be that they find in it a reflection of their own experience, a breath that soothes or a spark that awakens. Because, in the end, a song never truly belongs to the one who writes it: it only lives fully when it meets the soul of another.

“Wrote This Song To Say Goodbye Girl” by Wally Bartfay and Stephen Wrench tells the story of a breakup message written in the form of a recorded song. He knew this girl since they were high school sweethearts, moved in together, and had lots of good times together over the years. However, he discovers via text messages on his girlfriend’s phone that she has been fooling around behind his back and has betrayed their relationship, trust and hi-jacked their love. After careful thought and some serious drinking, he decides to pack-up his truck and leave her the next day. He writes and records a break-up song to let her know how he feels about her betrayal in this relationship.  This song produced by Musik and Film, mixed by Wayne Killus and mastered by Robyn Robbins of Bob Seager's Silver Bullet Band.  
 On July 30, 2025, this song hit No. 4 on the Euro Indie Network Music chart list and was No. 1 on the World Indie Music Chart Top 100 List on August 3, 2025.
