Flickering In F-Sharp: The title stemmed from the songs coalescing around the overall key and guitar's chordal position of F#. The uncanny coincidence brought the album together in a dark tide of creation.Though not every song is in F#, the idea of a flickering flame of life was the inspiration.
The album is a tale of one man's descent into the hell of alcohol and drug addiction. This is Forrest Lonefight's firsthand and personal account that takes the listener through the dark night of the soul. 
The descent is captured with an unsettling score and plays out like a cinematic concept record.
The ascent to recovery in the later half of the album gives a sense of hope. The music is triumphant, and stands to leave a positive message at the end of it's run time.
From the opening chords of the accordion-tinged opener "Laughing Alone" which is a twisted drinking song for a drunk driver, to the closing celestial strings of "Dusk (Will Everything Be Alright?), which features guest vocals from Alex Johns of The Ford Theatre Reunion, the album plays as a contemporary piece of modern drama that hopefully the listeners can relate to.
