This track started out as just playing a random chord on a vibraphone patch with an arpeggiator on, but by adding strings, bass, and many different textures, VoidHeart became something I didn't know I could even create. It's been stuck on my hard drive for awhile now so I'm happy I can share it and let it breath.

This tune was recorded using various Spitfire Audio Labs instruments, a few BBCSO plug-ins, and the acoustic quality of a hollow-body electric guitar.

Northwind Chime

Radio host and radio technologist for 30+ years, untrained musician, untrained composer and Linux enthusiast, releasing the music trapped in my head.  Recording as "The Other Don Dixon" and as electronic musician "T.O.D.D."  This is my "staging" area for fresh compositions that I will revisit at a later time.  These are unpolished compositions and will not necessarily match what will eventually be released on official albums.  As this is an unofficial distribution channel for my music, I may take down selections at any time without notice.
