That moment when you find yourself for the first time this life, you connect with the Soul, you realise  that you were right to ignore the Ego's false versions. You integrate with what can only be described as a very very old friend you trust with your life. The You, it, God, Higher Power, the big mmmm, whatever you wanna call it. Output is that there was never really anything to worry about, keep your eye on the ball though, we get through everything in the moment, even death. The occasional down makes us know there is something called happiness. Make it interesting, you have to take a risk some times, growth, experience all emotions and don't panic, it's cool, it's a ride.  A choice between Love and Hate, make friends with yourself.
