I tried to imagine the idea of a growing cancerous rot spreading and what that might sound like.

The Growing Rot

Roe V Wade is about to be overturned in the US to send the decision on abortion rights back to the state legislatures, giving politicians the power over women's bodies and how they choose to reproduce. This decision will lead to countless deaths and ruined lives. As I read, an overwhelming feeling of despair washed over me and I had to write a piece that symbolized how scared I feel for this decision.

As of late, I have been riding around my city on my bike recording different soundscapes. I decided to record myself playing a simple synth while in one of these places: an empty parking structure.
