RUNNNING is a brand new musical experience from Adelaide, South Australia. The band comprises of Malia Wearn (vocals, ukulele, primary songwriter) and Benjamin Abercrombie (keys, guitar, producer). Formed in April 2017, RUNNNING immediately began recording their debut album Hang Over Town. Initially written on ukulele and vocals by Malia, the songs were then transformed into synth-pop shoegaze dreamscapes in their home studio. Drawing from the synthy goodness of the 1980s, the sound was then fleshed out by Gerry Barrett and Davide Chiro who brought a timeless classic guitar rock vibe.
