Drumcode has become a label synonymous with some of the most-cutting edge and forward-thinking techno over the last 20 years. Their artists include both emerging and established names, and one of those well recognised is Enrico Sangiuliano. Now announcing the very first concept album of his career.

The prolific Italian producer has been catapulted into the limelight after the runaway success of his past releases, and now Biomorph is born. 

A very special concept album designed to take the listener on a journey of evolution. A musical adaptation describing how biological and technological advances over numerous generations of time have all started from the same first step in our own biological journey.

Divided into 4 parts, Organisms opens with atmospheric tones, gradually blending complex textures and timbres to begin the evolutional process. The beginning of this section combines full sounding arrangements before stripping it all back to basics. From here it dissolves into the atmosphere. Organisms then progresses into a break-beat influenced, down tempo track using synths to add complexity to the straight, broken rhythms.

Galactic, futuristic elements are found in both tracks in Cosmic Forces. Upbeat, groovy, electronic synths resonate, before ‘Hidden T’ brings the tension to get things pumped up with stratospheric swirls and twirls to lay down one of the most mind meltingly deep drops.

Metamorphosis is mysterious, its opening beat is a deep and piercing tone that sends the listener into a sensory awareness of their surroundings before breaking into a fully charged, techno track, with Enrico’s trademark sounds and textures.

All evolution has an ending.

Two Probabilities shows the positive, starting out evocative and emotional, with a gentle harmony, gazing towards a ‘New Dawn’. On the other side of the spectrum lies the negative. This is influenced with a rhythm that articulates the beat of death, mathematical, cold and metallic in texture, it shows the unsustainability of its nature, with a hectic, anxious break beat influenced ending.

İki Dj önce birbirlerine 7 parça gönderdi ve ikisi bu 14 parçadan oluşan kendi mixlerini hazırladı. 

7+7=2 etti ;)

İki DJ’in aynı parçalardan oluşan setlerinin farklı mix teknikleri ve kendi belirledikleri akışlarıyla ne kadar farklı olabileceğini merak ettik. 
Ve bu karantina günlerinde uzaktan iki set oluşturduk. İsmi ‘disdancing B2B’ :) Sonuçlar çok şaşırtıcı! 
Umarız evlerimizde kaldığımız bu günlerde bu oyun sayesinde sizler de bizim gibi dans eder ve eğlenirsiniz!

This sound creation from Soundwalk Collective takes us thousands of years into the future: a time where super intelligence and interstellar travel is the norm. One is invited to discover the Louvre Abu Dhabi and its surroundings to understand history, its impact and meaning in a post-human galaxy, while questioning free will, human nature and destiny.

Humans have a unique ability for abstract thinking paired with an affinity for the past, giving rise to museums that capture history and preserve it. We reflect as we look into the future: building on the work of our ancestors, where is our species headed? After all, lived reality is always a construction of the imagination.

Interpreted by Willem Dafoe, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Hussain Al Jassmi, Zhou Dongyu, Nina Kraviz, Wim Wenders & Jean Nouvel, the sound piece concludes with an M.I.T. algorithm defining the names of future exoplanets.

Ein wahrer Küstenjunge, der die kühle Brise der Ostsee liebt und lebt, hat sich seit seiner Kindheit der Musik verschworen. Schon früh lernte er den Umgang mit Instrumenten kennen und entwickelte eine Hingabe für das musikalische Geschehen. Mit den ersten Besuchen im Schützenhouse Marlow im Jahre 2009 verschlug es ihn dann zur elektronischen Musik. Schnell kaufte er sich seine ersten Equipments zusammen, um seine Fertigkeiten zu üben und weiterzuentwickeln.
Namen wie Oliver Koletzki, Oliver Huntemann, Solomun und Carlo Ruetz prägten seine heutigen technoiden Einflüsse, die in seinen Sets zu hören sind. 
Druckvolle Bässe und verträumte Melodien zeichnen seinen Stil aus, welches dem Zuhörer auf eine Reise der Sinnesgefühle mitnehmen soll.

A true coastal boy, who loves and lives the cool breeze of the Baltic Sea, has conspired with music since his childhood. Early he became acquainted with the use of instruments and developed a dedication for the musical happenings. With the first visits to Schützenhouse Marlow in 2009, he turned to electronic music. He quickly bought his first equipment to practice and develop his Skills.
Names such as Oliver Koletzki, Oliver Huntemann, Solomun, and Carlo Ruetz were the hallmarks of his modern technoid influences, which can be heard in his sets. Pressureful basses and dreamy melodies characterize his style, which should take the listener on a journey of the senses.
