Back in June, our homies from @splot invited us on a super fun mini tour of Poland. An absolute highlight of this trip was @fomoklub, a state of the art venue in Białystok, northeastern Poland, holding the freak flag high for underground culture and showcasing only the finest talent in leftfield, forward thinking electronic music. It was a real pleasure to visit this city and venue, the enthusiasm for creating a quality clubbing experience there left us speechless.

I recently attended a party with my nearest and dearest in an undisclosed location. When stepping up to the decks to play alongside 2 of my closest compadres, I discovered that the only Hard-Drive containing my playlists for our set wasn't being recognised by the CDJs in use! 

Panic ensued! (>_<)

Thankfully on arriving in the field I had found a USB that I'd recently lost with some older playlists. Whilst maintaining somewhat of a straight face and holding back the attacks of panic, I managed to mish-mash mixes together for the following 3 hours, heavily assisted by having 2 of the best (Clara & Seb) mixing in and out of my train-wreck set.

Lessons learned:
1 - Always bring a backup USBs (preferably with up to date playlists)
2 - DJing B2B with amazing selectors makes life a whole lot easier

Staffan Lindberg, who celebrates half a life of DJ:ing this year, has been running the gay dance party Polari in Stockholm for more than a decade. With the successful foundation of their event, Chop Shop, they have welcomed L Major, Coco Bryce and Borai to the booth, where they have provided well-received support. They debuted in February on 199 with their single 'Made In', and take control here for an hour of signature hard-hitting drums and deep slimy bass.
