I usually write or comment something on my songs.

When I published this melody I did not. I sit and I felt like the title...guilty, and I didn't feel like doing it.

About two months ago I had an accident with my car. Yes, the one I use as a work tool and to make my music. The car is not important, it is people's lives.

I've been hundreds of thousands of kilometers and it had never happened to me. The sunlight dazzled me, or maybe my polarized glasses...I don't know...but I could only see the car at the last moment.

Fortunately there were no personal injuries, but I was the cause of the accident, albeit unintentionally. I thought about the people who were traveling in the other vehicle and the person who accompanied me. I still feel that although I no longer hear the noise of the blow that followed me for weeks and disturbed my scant sleep or see my airbag burns

I am not writing this for myself, I am doing it to ask you to be as careful as possible when driving a car. It doesn't matter to be late, it matters to arrive. Rest and stop if you need to. If you don't, you may regret it for the rest of your life.

When I say I loved recording this, doesn't mean I agree to this dark subject matter. It's a miserable path to be cheated on, or backstabbed in anyway...but this song brings to my mind Serial cheaters who simply cannot show remorse or responsibility for what they do to another human being who believes in and Trusts them. It would actually be a cover, but I do not know whether Petrarch (or others to him contemporary) had also given musical form to the sonnet. For him, the compositions of the Canzoniere (late title) were actually 'Rerum Vulgarium Fragmenta'. Modest, the poet. The literature about this introductory sonnet is endless, one can easily start from Wikipedia.
In the late 1970s and early 1980s, I had taken this and other texts from the italian vernacular lyric tradition of the origins, giving them some melodic texture: a normal operation for a student of Literature oriented towards medieval studies and a lover of medieval tunes.
I proposed to Francess (@pianofran - please visit her SC page, full of great piano performances) to play a piano base for this song, and she went much further (as I imagined), with her usual delicate and unmistakable touch, helping to generate a melody and an atmosphere that seemed to me perfectly suited to this very famous poetic composition.

Well, i make music with computer from 20 years and in the past i used music maker magic Cd and Packard Bell. After from 2010 i played in a local band in Lodi, ita that closed during covid...We played melodic rock and i did sound technic with keyboards....🥂
Now i enjoy to create with different apps and remaster with digital studio on line  my tracks but i don't forget to ask a few friends to do jam sessions  in a garage and play original our songs and news🤷🙋🏻‍♂️
