Their version of disco house music is a rich, percussive concoction, taking in their musical traditions as well as their beloved Chicago house, and blending elements of funk soul, jazz and disco into rich rhythmic collages, all held down by adept production touches.

Yvonne Gage is still working as a backing singer extraordinaire, having worked with a list of household names as long as your arm in her 30 year career. She had a few short stints as a solo artist, but never enjoyed the kind of success some of her peers earned.
I was given this record 12 years ago by a football coach clearing out his attic - turns out it's fairly sought after, not to mention a wicked groove.
