D.O.H. Breakbeat Proper inaugural mix

Mike Devious started mixing dance records in 1994, when the Florida rave scene was at it's peak. He cut his teeth at the local night clubs in the (813) and made a name for himself as the resident dj at Club Om in Ybor City Tampa, and The Edge Nightclub in Lakeland. In 1999, he relocated to the beautiful state of Colorado, where he quickly became a local favorite with his impeccable music selection, paired with seamless mixing skills, and an uncanny ability to fill a dance floor. His dj sets are reminiscent of that 90s dark warehouse vibe sought after by many but illusive to most. Mike's style and versatility has allowed him to play at countless major events and share the stage with some of the biggest names in the business. In 2010, Mike started producing his own sounds and making beats for the world to hear. Since then he has released music on multiple prestigious labels including UMX (Underground Music Experience), SupremeJa Music, Fragile Recordings, BYBB, and Subbase Records. Mike has also held down a weekly internet radio show for over a decade along side Dj Natural Nate on the-lost-art.com and has placed in the top 50 best breakbeat djs in the world on The Dj List. In 2022, Mike teamed up with Denver's own Freebird Funnday to form a new independent label called BirdShark Recordings, with an arsenal of new music to be released, as well as some re releases from previous projects.
