In the world of flora, Stellaria Nemorum is the name for forest wall. 
However, the music that Joanna Pavelescu makes under this Latin alias is
certainly not for wallflowers. In fact, the basses and beats on her latest EP "The Lake Within The Lake" 
would blow any kind of vegetation out of the ground.

The titles of both the EP and the
tracks give a good indication of what the listener can expect: a pretty surreal, 
imaginative music trip through time and space. 
A dark journey full of disturbing creaks and moans and industrial 
sounds that occasionally start a surprise attack. With beats that evoke memories of the machine-experimental 
of Speedy J and sometimes relentlessly
grim, Scorn style distorted bass. 
However dark and heavy 
the ambiance is the addition of light with spatial sounds.
  As an accomplished alchemist, Stellaria Nemorum has managed to find an excellent balance in this.

The remixes also come from the Antiloungekamp,
The Hague quality label for electronic music. 
They are from Charly & Gallus (with whom it all started years ago), 
Olaf Wempe (Stellaria Nemorum's former partner in crime as the duo WG @ EET) 
and Foresense, who provides a surprising final chord with jungle beats. 
They all retain the bass-averse character, but are a 
little less heavy in terms of atmosphere.
Light at the end of the dark sonic tunnel. After which a listener with a cleansed soul and new energy can face 
everyday life again. 
After many years of musical pause, Stellaria Nemorum came back strongly with this extensive EP.

I have not been able to recover access to my other account [https://soundcloud.com/ha-kekong] for a couple of years.  I have tried a few times to get back into it but SoundCloud doesn't trust me.  Same phone number, same email addresses, and they still claim that they can't verify my identity.  I created that account about three years ago as a substitute to my regular account which SoundCloud temporarily closed.  They closed it as part of some upgrade procedure in their system, the result of a bug that affected many accounts, about two years ago.  Since SC did not inform its users I didn't know if that was permanent or not, so I created that other account which I can't access.  Don't be mad if I have not replied to your message in the past two years, that's because I never got them ; ) ... You can always reach me here though.

You can't see it because of the angle with which I took the shot, aiming down, but beyond those blocks is the sea.  To the left is the Mediterranean, to the right is the Atlantic Ocean.  No it's not Gibraltar, but a little bit further West. ... Actually I checked recently and it is further North more than West, I thought I was facing South when in fact I probably was facing the Atlantic ocean, which is why I suppose the waves were of a decent size where we were.
