Master G, singer and songwriter,  is  a multifaceted talent who began his journey into music as Mbalentle Madiya, a young student from the province of Eastern Cape (South Africa) who had a knack for music and the performing arts. Never one to settle, he explored and courted  various genres in search of his most authentic sound before eventually settling  in various genres such as Afro Pop, R&B, Afro Jazz, Hip Hop/Rap, House and Pop. 

Currently based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, 
Master G continues to pursue his dream to be an internationally recognised and respected music artist.  His talent has seen him into the who’s who list of Johannesburg’s social scene where  he frequents opening line-ups for globally celebrated artists like Cassper Nyovest. When he is not electrifying audiences with his performances, Master G takes to mentoring  young aspiring artists in a variety of music genres.

Unsurprisingly, his sights are set very far as his ambition is to work  on a record deal with the one and only Pharrel Williams. A soon to be music mogul, Master G  is definitely someone to pay attention to.
