Lyrically, Lethal injection dealt with several personal issues centering in on drug abuse, suicide,  mental illness and generally disturbing topics all sung about romantically, and because of this, Lethal injection large amount of grotesque imagery and Disturbing  acts on stage has become a sort of trademark for the music.
