Our first guided Meditation.
This one is ideal for beginners and those who like a tangible experience to focus on while practicing.

Length: 17 Minutes
Focus: Mental, physical & emotional clutter.
When to Practice: Anytime

What will I need?
Something comfortable to sit on (chair, cushion, yoga block or folded blanket).
Clothes to stay warm (socks, jumper or blanket).
An open mind.

Bin Bag Meditation

This is a simple Yoga Nidra practice, to practice just before bed.

If you've had a busy day and need to switch off this meditation is ideal.

Length: 16 Minute
Focus: Relaxation/Breathing
When to Practice: After 8pm

What will I need?
A Yoga mat, blanket or towel to lay on.
Something to keep you body warm (socks, blanket, jumper)
A dark room.

Simple Night Time Relaxation

This is a visualisation meditation to create a headspace to retreat to whenever needed.

If you've had a busy day and need to clear the mind this meditation is ideal.

Length: 23 Minute
Focus: Lake Scene, Ripples
When to Practice: Any time of day.

What will I need?
A cushion or chair to sit on.
Something to keep you body warm (socks, blanket, jumper)
A dark room.

Lake Visualisation

This is the first in a five step journey through an Anusara inspired Meditation. We focus on grounding into the earth and invoking the physical feelings that arrive throughout this mindful practice.
If you feel like you've been mentally busy this is a good practice to shift your awareness.

This Meditation is focused very much on the connection between the physical and emotional elements.

Focus: Grounding
When to Practice: Any time of day.

Anusara Meditation Part 1 - Setting the Foundation

This is the second in a five step journey through an Anusara inspired Meditation. We focus on the Muscle Energy that we posses and how letting go a relaxing can allow the body to feel lighter, brighter and integrated.
If you feel like you've been mentally busy this is a good practice to shift your awareness.

This Meditation is focused very much on the connection between the physical and emotional elements.

Length: 18 Minutes
Focus: Grounding
When to Practice: Any time of day.

What will I need?
A cushion or chair to sit on/ Floor space to lie in.
Something to keep you body warm (socks, blanket, jumper)
A notebook and a pen if you'd like to journal your experience afterwards.

Anusara Meditation Part 2 - Muscle Energy

This is the third in a five step journey through an Anusara inspired Meditation. 
We focus on the connection to a higher and divine element of the self that guides us in clarity, joy and love.
This is a Meditation for those who may feel a lacking in physical drive and those who like to escape the materialistic world and connect to something deeper.

This Meditation is focused very much on the connection between the microcosm (the physical self), and the macrocosm (the universal self).

Length: 12 Minutes
Focus: Uplifting
When to Practice: Any time of day.

What will I need?
A cushion or chair to sit on & an open mind.
Something to keep you body warm (socks, blanket, jumper)
A notebook and a pen if you'd like to journal your experience afterwards.

Anusara Meditation Part 3 - The Inner Spiral

This is the fourth in a five step journey through an Anusara inspired Meditation. 
We focus on drawing on the energy from around us and letting it fill us and drive us towards our truest goals.
This Meditation is good for those who are maybe looking to change careers, change lifestyle, adding something to your life or taking a scary leap!

This Meditation is focused very much on the self and how we can use what we have around us to help us reach our dreams.
There's magic everywhere!

Focus: Uplifting
When to Practice: Any time of day.

Anusara Meditation Part 4 - Contracting Spiral

Namaste, my name is Lauren. I am passionate about sharing the gift from India, Yoga.
Within the broad subject of Yoga meditation is practiced often and with dedication. Here I will record and share some guided meditations with you in hope that they bring you as much peace as they do me.
