ok a guilty pleasure of mine growing up and even now at a ripe old age of 43 is happy hardcore, so i decided to mess around and record a set. This set features tunes that came a little later after the happy hardcore boom and was simply classed as UK Hardcore.
might not be my best mixing but for 50 mins i had a smile on my face and enjoyed the choons so i hope you all do to.
again i know its not to everyone's taste but this was my life growing up, some belter times!! still a charva!! haha enjoy!!

overall i think its an ok mix, some mixes could be a little tighter but hey I'm a perfectionist hahaha and I notice everything.

Progressive / Melodic - DJ Mix 22 - Space & Time ( 124 - 125 BPM )

Newcastle upon Tyne DJ. I started to DJ late 1995 early 96 mixing early house/rave/hardcore before DJing late nineties/ early 2000 mixing trance and hard house. Loved mixing stuff back then from labels such as tidy trax and nukleus records. Influences soundwise growing up were from bands like The prodigy to Djs such as Joey Beltram, Bass Generator, Carl Cox and the techno sounds of the DJ Easygroove. I had a big break from DJing for over a decade whilst I became a dad and did all the family stuff but recently after the kids got older I started to get the itch again to DJ. So I bought some digital turntables and quickly got back the passion I had early on. Now I have a go at mixing pretty much anything to be honest but I love mixing techno and the harder dance scene in general. I’m not a expert at DJing and never make out that I am, I am still getting to grips on all the new stuff on the new DJ controllers haha. I’m inspired by a lot of the new DJ’s out there on soundcloud and the harder sounds they are pushing forward for the new generation of ravers.  I just sit at at home now and try to do as many mixes as I can to showcase the new sounds and to at times bring back the older sounds from my raving days. I do these mixes just for pure fun. I hope that by sharing these mixes whether they are  good or bad that people worldwide get to listen to my sets and enjoy the music I put out. many thanks for tuning into my page and listening. I massively respect all the support I have had so far on my page. Thank you 👍
