In January, Africa-focused junior explorer Vector Resources acquired 60% of the world class Adidi-Kanga gold mine in the Congo. Adidi-Kanga has a JORC Mineral Resource Estimate of 15Mt at 6.6g/t per tonne gold for 3.2Moz of contained gold, and was an area of significant interest for AngloGold Ashanti between 2005 and 2013.
Now with the acquisition reaching financial settlement this week, Vector CEO Simon Youds joined Investor Stream to outline the importance of the milestone, and what the future holds for Adidi-Kanga.
