The track "Up & Down" tells the story of a football (running back) alluding defensive tacklers, before making the game winning touch down.  
The words up & down represents the act of running lifting your legs up and down, to allude defenders and gain more yardage. This track has lots of energy and a funky beat that make you move.

football player( Rock Valley College lllinois)with tremendous love for sports, blessed with a unquenchable thirst for music.  With sports in my heart and music in my soul, it's only fitting to combine the two and create "Sports Music".
